Clear listings. Explicit checks.

MILA collects and checks information for the directory. Approval follows these rules rather than a free-form AI judgement.

MILA's scope

MILA only collects and checks hotel, motel and lodge listing applications. It does not answer general travel questions, take bookings or process payments.

Required details

Property name, accommodation type, physical address, city, public contact phone, representative name and email, confirmed microstay offering, exact availability wording, guest contact method, and confirmation of accuracy, authority and publication consent. Website, amenities and a photo are optional.

Approval rules

A listing can be approved only when it is a real accommodation property at a verified location, the public contact method works, the representative is authorized, the property offers microstays, and duplicate and inconsistency checks are resolved. Missing or unverified facts never count as passing evidence. Straightforward submissions become eligible once all explicit verification checks pass.

Manual review

New applications wait for verification. Missing websites, mismatched email and website domains, shared contact details, possible duplicates, unverifiable locations or authority, unclear offering, conflicting names, promotional claims and suspicious content require manual review. Claims of existing listings are reviewed as updates.

Reject

Businesses outside hotels, motels and lodges, properties that do not offer microstays, fake or unrelated submissions and spam are ineligible. Repeat submissions do not create extra listings.

Publication

The owner sees the application, recorded verification checks and a review queue. Approval publishes the exact approved details; rejection keeps them unpublished. We do not invent rates, stay durations or amenities.
